,hi-tech appliances have ultimately changed the demands on the
neuro-physiological/musculo-skeletal demands on the human body. Sports training
sciences explains the finer points of training overloading, specificity, but
the factor of reversibility[rest/recovery] and its impact on the human system
is not well explained to the level of applications to day to day life.
We
travel in a road with a vehicle with hi-speed, giving a gliding effect, and
move up to our office floor with a hi-speed elevators, escalators, and so many
other appliances in our day today life. Physical exertion is almost nil in our
day to day life, on the other side stress remains the same or raises, due to
increased competition for better positions in life. Exercise has become away of
life in societies, communities with appropriate knowhow of how to do /what to
do/and how much to do. There is a lot product marketing in this area of business
also.
By careful planning of our home,
workplace, mode of conveyance/transport, we can do a lot good to our health and
maintain our fitness to an optimum level with out much exertion and expenses.
This situation may lead to emergence of new disciplines, and knowledge sub-
domains, in the field of building architecture, interior decoration, vehicle
/furniture design and manufacturing.
