PRE- EVENT ROUTINE OR A STATE OF ''NIRVAN'': Athletes and sports persons prefer to have their own pre- event routine besides their warm up,stretching etc,some athletes prefer to lie down for a moment.Some others may prefer to move around and perform some rituals like combing their hair or verifying their shoe laces etc.Their routines will help them to concentrate for the event.Yet some others may prefer to keep their mind away from the contest to get a complete relaxation before the event. This kind of detachment is required for excellent performance.Especially when there is a tough competition the winner would be the person who can attain a state of ''NIRVAN'' and detach himself from the out comes of the competition but still performs the sequence of tasks correctly.
