Joint Laxity

Causes 1,Continuous over loading,2,lack of rest in between repetitions, sets, practice sessions, continuous matches.3,Over all a lopsided training program,4,emphasizing more on overloading and lack of attention to specificity and reversibility.

Symptoms: sudden drop in performance demanding accuracy, general pain without a specific cause/etiology.
Fixing the problem, specific joints identified and corrective exercises to be prescribed, some times prevailing exercise/warm up/conditioning sequences/loads modified/reduced to reverse the situation.
