OVER COMING OF TRAINING STRESS & MONOTONY

Training should be done with an alternating periods of rest and relaxation so that the human organism can recover and recuperate.Physical strain can be overcome by rest and relaxation,whereas monotony of repetitiveness of the training load can be overcome by allowing the athlete to recover by taking a short break and make a visit to the home town,meeting the loved ones,parents/spouse and pursuing the other areas of interest like a hobby etc.Periodical overcoming or reducing the training stress is very important for any competitive elite sportsman for a good performance consistency.
