CAUSES LEADING TO UNFORCED ERRORS/INJURIES:-  Often tennis mums/dads out of over enthusiasm force/persuade their children to do the training, often not specifically required in that situation and some times this proves very detrimental to the development of skills and tennis competence--TO QUOTE AN EXAMPLE---Often children are compelled to do static stretches with out proper warm up this ends in joint laxity/loss of accuracy due to EXCESS RANGE OF MOVEMENTin a isolated joint---such children may commit lot of unforced errors,may land in injuries and may take more time to recover after training/competitions-- TENNIS PARENTS PLEASE BE WELL IN FORMED WITH THE EFFECTS OF EXERCISES/ TRAINING PROCEURES--AND ITS CASCADING CONSEQUENCES ON PERFORMANCE, BEFORE FORCING YOUR KIDS.
