JOINT LAXITY OFTEN MIMICS AS A JOINT INJURY.

JOINT LAXITY OFTEN MIMICS  AS A JOINT INJURY.:- JOINT LAXITY is a situation develops in a joint due to several reasons, mainly do to static stretches performed on the joint with odd angles of pull/push.,  Over loading on the particular joint due to some faulty training situation like ''EXCESSIVE FRICTION ''of the playing surface may have a direct impact on the knee joint when ever there is a twisting movement involving the ''UPPER BODY TORQUE'' Or while while you play your shot with your hips strained in a horizantal plane [due to not flexing both the knees evenly] for a low ball in Tennis.

IN TRACK TRAINING SITUATIONS NEWLY LAID SYNTHETIC TRACK AND NEW SHOE SPIKE NAILS[LONG AND SHARP] WILL CREATE A ''ACUTE-ODD GRIP'' WITH THE TRACK FOR EVERY STRIDE AND THIS WILL RESULT IN a feeling of a apparant looseness in the joint. THIS IS A NEURO-MUSCULAR ADAPTATION and appropriate ISOMETRIC EXERCISES WILL REVERSE THE SITUATION. WITH AVOIDANCE OF LAXITY CAUSING SITUATION. I guess this applied injury causing situation is not well documented in that AREA OF  SPORTS MEDICAL THERAPY.
