DECLINE IN PERFORMANCE --HOW TO FIX IT


Due to the acyclic nature,using extreme grip pattern,surface friction,insufficient rest in between competition results in changes in the body,anterio-posterior,medio-lateral,changes in posture, lack of strength of muscle groups,leads to injury proneness,break in kinetic chain of movement,or a decline in performance in the long run. One[player/coach] may have to  understand and study the situation carefully from  a multi-disciplinary angle and tackle it. Often this is not happening with many players which results in early exits from top level competition,Some times this is happening with top ranked player of a country SAD u see, to see the level of coaching education,implimentation,kind of situation.
